This emerald and diamond 18ct yellow gold Faller ring has a rim set oval cabochon cut emerald centre stone surrounded by a grain set halo of diamonds. The halo is supported by a broad comfort fit band. This beautiful 18ct yellow gold dress ring would make the perfect gift to celebrate a special birthday. It is packaged in our green Faller ring box.
