Description
Sterling silver oak leaf & acorn necklace from the Faller Oakleaf jewellery collection. The name ‘Derry’ originally meant “Oak Wood of Colmcille” so oak leaves symbolise Derry/ Londonderry itself and St. Columba, the Patron Saint of Derry. The solid silver oak leaf pendant is paired with a small 18ct yellow gold acorn pendant which represents the youth of Derry. This necklace is supplied with a sterling silver chain in various lengths. It is packaged in their branded Faller box which also contains our Oakleaf descriptive leaflet.
Inscribed on the back of the Oakleaf pendant:
Derry – Oak Wood of Colmcille
St. Columba (521 – 597 AD)
