Step 2
TALK TO US
Call to our shop or email us with some details of your thoughts. As ideas flow, rough sketches of possible designs will aid your understanding. Our experienced staff can provide you with the detailed knowledge to guide you through the process and tailor the design exactly to your needs.
Step 3
CHOOSE THE STONES
We carry an extensive collection of LOOSE GEMSTONES to choose from and we can also order in a selection of diamonds and other gemstones for you to view. There is no commitment required to purchase on viewing the selection.
If you need some advice on diamonds, our DIAMOND GUIDE can give you the knowledge and confidence to select your perfect diamond.
Our Gemstone GUIDE can let you know the range of gems possible and how suitable they will be for the design you prefer.
Step 4
FINALISE THE DESIGN
If it is a detailed piece sometimes we will carve the design in wax or show you how it will look in advance using computer-aided design (CAD)
Once the design is finalised and costs confirmed we require at least one third of the price before we begin making the ring.
Step 5
THE RING IS MADE
It can take 3-5 weeks to make a detailed ring. All production processes take place in-house apart from hallmarking which is an independent guarantee of metal quality. If you have a tight deadline let us know and we will do our best to speed up the process.
Step 6
READY TO WEAR
Once completed the ring is ready for collection, along with its Appraisal and Diamond Report if appropriate. Full payment is required at this time.
